Jeff sent me a response when I sent in my recent logs that said they were received. I don't know if he does that normally, but it was a nice gesture.

Its automatic.
When I open my e-mail client, if you have sent an e-mail with "AccessPORT Calibration Service" in the subject, you get a confirmation e-mail.
If there is something "wrong" with your e-mail, one of two things will happen:
1) If there is some technical issue with the data as it is sent, I will send for a clarification.
2) If you do not answer the 11 questions, do not attach the appropriate logs or some other procedural error, your e-mail is deleted and it dead-ends.
I'll usually send out a "you dumb ***" e-mail.
So, if you get a confirmation and then nothing, you are in line and probably did it right!
