Here is something strange. When using the AP to datalog, the AFRs that come out on excel are very different from the ones I am seeing on the AP while driving. Any ideas why?

you're only seeing SOME of the figures when you're watching the AP. (I assume you're looking at the the road from time to time)
Those numbers are being cranked out of the OBD II at a pretty rapid pace, you're bound to miss some of them (quick spikes up or down)

Unless of course your figures are completely off from what you're seeing on the screen. If that's the case, then I don't know what to tell ya.

I saw in another thread here that support for the 2009 RX-8 is coming soon. I'm assuming that will work with the R3, right? I'm hoping to buy an R3 middle of next year, and I very much want to get an AccessPORT for it.

Paid for both of what? All I have for you is an invoice for an AccessPORT. You never followed up on your upgrade kit.
GoogleCheckout sent you the shipping confirmation and I sent out the start-up e-mail and the follow up e-mail.
