I have been sending emails to Jeff and receiving from him today using ap [at] mazdamaniac [dot] com so it is working. You should avoid posting an email address in plain sight on the internet or Jeff will be swamped in spam. I don't think he would mind the **** but the rest is annoying ;-)

 

Does anyone know what happened to the European AP thread? It was obviously removed, but why? Should this thread cover all AP discussion?

 

I had to pull the European thread because an unauthorized vendor kept spamming it.

Cobb broke the software again.
Last week, I was give v1.6.3.33 to replace v1.6.3.31.
Apparently, anyone that got a calibration built with that version now has wildly gyrating A/F and fuel trims and is extremely rich under load.
For me, it took a perfectly good, extremely fine calibration and made it into trash.

So, if you got a calibration over the past 5 to 7 days or so, be careful. It won't break anything - its extremely rich under most conditions. But you could have flooding or something similar.

I'm going back and rebuilding anything that I made in this time frame with .31 again.
Hopefully, there is nothing underlying that is now screwed in the data.

Does this affect the old maps? I havent updated my AP since the race tuner came out but Id like to know to see if I dont update it yet and wait for the new maps that you are sending soon.

 

It potentially affects anyone that has received an update in the past week.

I'll get the retroactive fixes out this weekend after the NASA event.

i got those graphs alll ready! just emailed them alsoi re filled the info you asked before.. also attatched a copy of my current calibration..
