Totally forgot this Alex. These springs don't lower the car a great deal 3/4 of an inch front and rear. They are more of a performance spring, the spring rates are much higher then those on the S-tech most people use. 280/190 (F/R) They go for about 280-300 new. Mine are well used so I hoping to get 100 for them.

I should have Roxy back from the body/paint shop Monday. She will have new 2 tone paint (TG on bottom and piano black on top), side skirts, Tsunami front bumper, tint shaded headlights and taillights, shave emblems, GTO spoiler and looking mean as hell!!! I CANT WAIT!!!
Hey thats cool James dont worry bout it. Well i'll take those springs off your hands, probably until next year, past all this christmas madness, and the new years drunk fest. Thats when my wallet recovers
Well dropped by the shop this morning and she is painted!!! They are painting the new front bumper, new spoiler, side skirts and mud flaps, tinting the headlights and tail lights and putting her together today for me to pickup tomorrow!!!
Why not lower?...IMO, if you are willing to lower about 2 inches (not too much, and looks great!), I would suggest mazdaspeed...The front springs are about 25% more stiff than stock springs, and the rear springs are about 75% stiffer.
The MazdaSpeed springs would be perfect, and they should work fine with the 19s you have. They are stiffer then S-tech and don't drop the car nearly as much. Before I switched to the coilovers I had a set on the car.
Only issue with the coilovers is the rough ride, after I lifted mine up a bit to stop the rubbing it compressed the springs and it rides rough. And seeing as your car is a daily driver unlike mine it could be annoying.
The stiffer the better
I am using the Stechs and that is also what Jimmy had on his 8. The ride stance looks sexy, ride isnt as rough as you would expect and well...ITS SEXY!

Wow...just read about the Texas 8 being a track day...I am so disappointed
Are we still going to go as the tulsa club just for a track day? I mean once you calculate gas, hotel, food and track costs...you are looking at like a 600-800 dollar weekend! Just seems pointless to pay that to do a track day in Texas when we have Hallet 1 hour away
What do you guys think? I posted my opinion in the Texas 8 post by Thomas...I am thinking I will be flamed for it but it was just my opinion.
