Hey guys new to the thread and kinda new to the forum, although I'm on here everyday when I'm at work. I just touched base with 9krpmrx8 and he mentioned this thread and the Genghis goodness that's going on tomorrow. My GF just bought an 8 Monday but she doesn't get off work till 7 and is usually home by 8 so I'll see if I can head up there solo. I am jealous though because her 8 came with a racing beat exhaust and mine is stock lol. PLUS I taught her how to drive stick in a few hours the day before she got her car lol. She's terrified of driving but excited at the same time.

Nice, so we will have three couples with RX-8's. Weird.

 

So I bit the bullet on an Infinity Basslink II. It should get here end of week next week. It was a hard debate between the Basstube and the Basslink, but all reviews pointed towards the Basslink for my needs.

Also, I will be going to Ghengis tomorrow night for the meet, then will be headed to see Rise of Planet of the Apes! I can't wait to see that one for sure.

9k - You will be bringing my sticker right? LoL... Also, I have to take my car back to Matt at Loredo, my rotary symbol up front is all jacked(it's all crooked).

Sure, I'll bring the sticker. I have the basstube but have not installed it yet but it sounds great in Rtres09's R3 and Corn's car. But the basslink sounds awesome in grungepups car and takes up less space, etc.

 

Mine is black and my GF's is blue. I think I've seen less than 10 8's around this area lol.

It was bunk but I still learned a lot, did they just start doing that or what? I have a friend that has a MS3 and he was wondering if he could hang out with us sometime. Not sure if people only want 8's hanging out with us or if other zoom zoom's are allowed lol.

You can try them but be very careful with LED's in the actual tail lights, somehow it screws with the electronics and causes the traction control and other things to go haywire.

The LED 3rd brake light and lebren (www.lebren.com) are a must have though.
