I assume y'all will visit down town (Bourbon)? Best advise I can give ya is be cautious about taking side streets off of bourbon. Some areas are "ruff" and I wouldn't even go on them during the day. Generally the closer you are to canal st (beginning of bourbon) the safer you are. Don't go pass the 3rd tropical island, unless you like people of the same sex hitting on you. If you like to gamble Harrah's casino is nice and in walking distance. I normally park at the casino play 30 min (free parking) then go walk anywhere I wanna go downtown. They also have the aquarium you can check out during the day along the river right by the casino.


Oh and if anyone says "hey man I know where you got those shoes from." Just tell them to **** off you're a local.

Hmm, I don't make my schedule till Monday, but I'm sure I can swing a day off in before you go.

 

Sweet. Most if the time I'll have off is sometime in the evening in Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Other than that, I've got to be running the convention.
