Is there any legal action that can be taken to retrieve your car?

Hey guys I wanted to chime in and let you know the car is done, actually it's been done. After the dyno tune it's ready to ship!

good that the car is almost ready to ship.

bad that it should've shipped over a year ago at this point....

i cant make up my mind about Mazsport... on one hand they offer great products and services. and i fully understand backorders for new products like the midpipe etc.

on the other hand, releasing products without ALL the information i.e. coils

and the fact that stories like this are ALL too common.... ANY business no matter how good will run into issues like this at some point, but it seems there is CONSTANTLY a forum member who is having issues over MONTHS of waiting.

... just makes me feel shady about them. i dont think i could ever hand my car over to them. their products on the other hand, with enough research, sure.

nah that was my bad lol

But it would be nice to see the car back in working condition and dyno sheets to prove that this hard ache and pain suffering was worth it. How long has it been 1, 2 years?!?!?!?!

This is soooooooooooooooooooo unacceptable. Im sorry but this log for a finished product is straight BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roland & Vicci God bless ya'll for the paitance i wouldve gone to jail for killing their children first and then killing them.....

I really hope you can make it to Rotor Jam and at least show off your investment....

but on a serious note this whole situation is NUTTS. Seriously...i dont even know what kind of money they spent on what they are doing...not to mention car notes, insurance etc etc DUDE IT ADDS up.

Besides the monetary....i mean just the phycological stress it takes on a person...is mazsport gonna even gonna address that?

i dont doubt it especially since i stopped going and stopped taking my prozak....lol

obviously that was an exagerated emotion expressed above. I dont wish their children death nor do i wish mazsport employees/owners death...

but imgaine being dicked that hard w/a spiked metal condom...over and over again wouldnt you feel the same way?

As of now i have yet see mazsport own up to their mistakes. it is straight lunacy. What kind of a business are you guys running?

And do you sincerely think your rep here on 8 blub is intact? Seriously?

So who ever took offence to my previous comments - I'm sorry - But why aren't you more concerned w/the customers who got *** raped for far too long? Dont you care about the integrity of your business? The good face of your company? Customer service? Better yet better morals when it comes to dealing w/peoples and promises you offer and fail short of even having a small *****?

Seriously -- GROW UP.

The part I don't get is WHY people like yourself are on here all indignant and pointing the finger.........when those of us that have bought/waited tend to be relatively silent.

Dunno........from my perspective, it has always been worth the wait for me, however long that has been

This does appear to be a much more involved case than normal......we probably will never know all that has transpired between both parties

i can assure you i have had lengthy discussions via pm, im and in person with one and some pm's through the other......i am being far from indignant and know that regardless of the situation the wait is unacceptable....there is no excuse
