It should be noted that Jeff Abrams/MazdaManiac has claimed that all outstanding kits were shipped in total, yet Luxluc still has no package or anything otherwise from the vendor verifying that this is true.

You're right. It's a real shame as a vendor to threat customers like this.

 

At this stage, everybody on this forum (and others) is informed by our stories ( Luxluc and mine),that it is highly risky to make any kind of business with Jeff Abrams/ MazdaManiac.

At this stage it clearly appears, and everybody can deduct it by himself, that this guy is the worst crook of this forum

 

To respect Luxluc thread and communiacation with Jeff, i write on my own thread to ask the moderators to make a request to Jeff in order that he initiates an inquiry towards USPS.

 

I repeat that i'm not a scammer or a thieve, since i've never received the parcel.

 

I think you are barking up the wrong tree here... the mods have no control over what Jeff does or does not do.

 

Jeff is playing with the time when he doesn't want to start an inquiry, because after a long time the insurance won't be efficient. Does it appear clear to everybody here?

PS: the french custom didn't send any tax to pay, it's a proof that i haven't received anything.

 

in time everyone will figure out what is going on, the usual suspects not rushing in mounting his defense says plenty ...

if you look over my previous posting history, i think it's more than clear i'm not a fan of MM's way of doing business or his handling of this entire turbo fiasco. i made it more than clear that he had more options to resolve this he'd like to pretend he did. i don't like a lot of the support he's had from numerous parties. i've made all that plain.

that being said, you can really believe that i'm not one of the MM worshipping fanboys.

so believe me: he's not a scammer. he's not. when you keep repeating this, it makes you look stupid, regardless of what wrongs MM has done. he could have just kept the money and left -- he certainly wouldn't have been the first, nor the last. he's not a thief, just an arrogant pr*ck.

so i think it's time for a realization on your part... he sent you your kit and nobody knows where it is now. only an investigation initiated on his part will get to bottom of it.

you called him up and threatened him. now, you've paying for it. he doesn't WANT to help you.

now some say would that's understandable. after years of nonsense, you were at the breaking point. i sympathize with that. if MM were a bigger, better person, and genuinely sorry for your and everyone else's trouble, he'd cut you some slack, which you're entitled to. he's evidently not.

expensive lesson for you. you should probably google 'honey', 'flies' and 'vinegar', and see what comes up.

Jim, I think that might play better if not for the fact that this has happened before (Thailand or some such destination) and is happening again (Luxembourg) and regardless of what sort of claims are made, the fact is there is not one, but two turbokits MISSING both to people who really have no recourse except to take it in the shorts.

 

I think that the person taking it in the shorts from the far east one was Jeff.......

wow, what a **** show.. just read the whole thing, as i do not know what has happened behind the scenes.. what I do not get it, if I were to start a business and have a passion for what i do ( like jeff ).. I would do the best I can to make my customer happy with what I am able to provide and feel that without my company that customer would not have the gratification of a product, if I did not exist.. I do understand Eric's anger and I feel I would be just as angry, but I do not understand why MM is not doing more to prove his innocence based on his business is about the rx8 and this forum can easily be his lifeline to success, because without it.. how will he be able to get his product out.

 

Occam's razor does a pretty good job of slicing away the BS ...

based on the text message MM sent me a few moments ago he has completely gone off the deep end ... I suppose I am just one more person for him to blame everything on
