Nevada? God?

There was no "silence", just your intransigence. You "forced" nothing more than a revelation of your true nature.

I'll be waiting.
You oblige your customers to have extreme reactions. There is only and always provocation in your words or in your silence, that's why i'm excessed, it's easy to understand.

You were so different before i sent you my paiment: the perfect vendor, and after nothing at all!

But the only thing that do interest us in this thread is to know if you have already shipped our kits, because everybody already know your psychology.

Don't forget why you write on this thread:just to prove your honesty (with a small tracking number) if honesty belongs to your values

I see two things :

- Dissatisfied customers

- seller whith scandalous methods !

The phone number on youtube !! It is not professional ! what seller do this ?

A professional does not have to react as it !

How to believe MM after that ?
It is really incredible

Courage ERX8 and Luxluc

I'm sure you wanna mean something, but can't really understand those words tbh.

Don't you have better things to do than changing your pr0n avatar for a new one ? ...

I completely understand, but at the end of the day, there is no proof showing that MM didn't send the kits out, there is no proof showing that the guy paid for the kits, so who is who to say one person is wrong or the other is wrong. Everyone in this thread is a spectator except for MM, and the 2 gentlemen that have issue with the transaction with MM. We don't need some guy from left field coming on here and judging forum members. Trust me, i am taking no ones side, but I am also not going to be pointing fingers and saying "you sir are wrong" because .... like 98% of the people who have commented on this thread, I have no proof.

the vendor has the customers money from over two years ago with a well documented reputation of extremely poor communication with the customer, it seems even more so with this particular customer for whatever reason (read: excuse). Contrary to your assertion, at best this is just the excuse he's looking for to justify continuing with the established modus operandi.

I don't approve making physical threats against someone any more than I approve posting audio copies of their threat on the forum. If anything people are more likely to be understanding of the customers level of frustration over the vendors long string of excuses and/or a deliberate lack of communication.

Further, in the vendors previous reply using me as an example he states that I deny the accusation, but regardless it continues as a fact. Note that he has denied nothing, but rather only provides innuendo i.e. the usual shuck and jive side step dance. As with previous threads on this exact same topic involving other customers, this particular vendor treats the whole thing as his own personal game at their expense. Even people who supported the vendor previously are starting to question why he can't get off his *** and provide even a basic level of communication to the customer.

There simply is no excuse to justify this, physical threats or not.

I have the same proof of money transfer towards MM than Eric has ... the money was send in december 2008 (so almost 3 years ago now).

I'm not gonna post the receipt now, as I think doing business with Jeff is nevertheless wasted time and paper.

Threatening someones life over a couple thousand US dollars is stupid!

Face it, your money is gone, if you get the kit delivered at this stage it is a bonus.

Take the life lesson and move on with your lives.

There are more juridical answers than you think, even overseas.

And the solution is so much simple for MM, deliver a kit, or re-fund, what the hell is complicated in this ? Someone just has to do his job, oh my god, life's hard.

You're right it's stupid, except when you only spend 2200 us $, and when it's your own money! What would you do to recover more than 2200$?

At this stage i can't accept poor lessons from people who are not concerned.

I won't give up it's sure!

I will contact the National Consumer League and legal advisers in France to start a procedure. This situation has lasted enough.

If you have not recovered from a $2200 loss in 3 years you should never of had a FI car let alone a FI rx8?

I still think its a valuable life lesson, don't send $2200 to anyone who you don't know unless you are willing to lose it!

I would of contacted the bank after the first couple months past and let them chase the money back. I will never, ever make threats on someones life. Is it worth committing murder over $2200? I think not!

Despite that, i really hope you get your kit and all this is worth it.

Goodluck with the law, seriously, you will need it!
Hint: It will cost more then $2200 to sue even if you were in the US, and MM as a business has shown its financial troubles in previous posts, what will you achieve/recover?

All outstanding orders for kits were shipped. That is a fact.

Just give us the tracking number Jeff!

It's a simple equation, don't you think? When eveybody here, it's to say Luxluc and me would have received our kits, your reputation will be safed.
And as i said i will be able to produce public excuses.

I have nothing to prove.
My "reputation" does not rest on anything you might say or do.

I provided you - the customer - with all the required information, right up until the moment that you turned into a raving child.

It 's true your reputation is done and your attitude won't give a chance to improve it,
on the contrary you are about to degrade it because of your obstination!

I'm obstinated too and i think that after 2 years of patience giving a tracking is a due and a sign of respect for your present and future customers if only you have ever shipped the turbos

Yeah, he's getting incoherent, can't believe he's ready to ruin his business in public this way, oh my god, give it a quick end and ERX8 what he wants and payed for, or money back, this is crazy.

The worst thing is maybe that i warned ERX8 there's two years this was a critical deal, i allready saw exactly the same thing in the past with that ghostly turbo kit, pure moments of drama on rx8club, and this is repeteting the same way, unfortunately, he allready had pay the kit when i learned he was in business with MM, can't believe i was fu...g right and this is repetating the same way, for two peoples this time, hate when i'm right.
