You don't have any right or grounds for that demand because you are not the "injured" nor do you possess information that enables you to evaluate the voracity of either side.
Actually as a prospective customer I do have a right to know the practices and customer treatment of your business. Not sure why you would think we don't. All you can do is deny said request, which you have done.

Again, I am not taking sides, I am just a spectator here. But your latest comment does a poor job of reassuring those of us onlookers that you care about your customers. Instead of strengthening relations, you are basically telling us to "go screw"

This would be a totally different story had this ordeal happened 2 weeks ago and the guy is just complaning now.

You are still not getting the point.
You do not know what I have provided the customer.

If I were to sit here and put every tracking number and shipping slip online, we would still be having this conversation. It would just have some other twist.

This is one customer out of over a thousand. Even to only consider the upgrade kit, he was one of four out of a score.

Oh I completely understand, and a few posts back I said the same exact thing. If that was what you were trying to convey in post 104 then I apologize for misunderstanding the intent.

In the past, when a customer (or alleged customer) has made claims or posted a bad-guy thread about me and I have followed up with a flood of information about the actual transaction, I've been accused of bad customer service.
When I try to provide a rational argument of why I am not going to do that again, I get accused of bad customer service.
I can't win.
And if I can't win, why would I bother?

It's true that we likely don't have every detailed fact, but only face value. What I see is the customer saying he doesn't have the info and the seller continuing to be evasive except with regard to offering excuses i.e can't win either way so why bother. The seller wants us to overlook the fact that this scenario has a history of extensive time over which pretty much the same thing has been occurring.

I don't understand why the buyer would be dishonest about whether or not he has the tracking info any more than I can understand why this is dragging out for so long over something as simple as getting a tracking number to the buyer in a verifiable manner.

The only thing that surprises me about Jeff is that he has time to post on here, but never had time to answer any of my mails over those last 2 years !!!!

I must say that things has changed, and i must thank Jeff and Zoom44 for their cooperation, beacause last night i obtained the tracking number and USPS receipt!

We're not making a habit of it, but there is a problem!

USPS and La Poste 'in France' doens't know this tracking number let by Jeff.

On top of that according to the tracking the parcel has been delivered at 1:04 pm, hour while i'm always at home, eating calmly before going to work at 2:00pm

Can you please remove the attachment, and blank out Jeff's address .... pretty sure he doesn't want his address floating around. Last I heard there were some issues with that.

It was delivered in France 25 days ago Eric on Sept 2...after two failed attempts, so where is it??

Delivery address is correct, I guess?

I take it you are saying you have not got the goods yet??

Could a neighbor have accepted (or signed) it on your behalf...over 3 weeks ago.?

Good deal, sorry, wasn't trying to direct traffic here, just wanted to make sure there were less personal information floating around before it blows up into something.

Jeff,
I think there is something you may or may not have realized. You are regarded as a GOD in The 8 community. The best Mod for the money is a COBB and MM tuning, Not to mention there are very few tuners who specialize in the 8 to begin with. That being said you are always going to be held to a higher standard and thats why I had the opinion I had. I trully read everything Labled MM to see what are your latest developments are, along with the other reputable vendors. MY point being if your going to be one of the best. there are people that are gonna hate on you just because and others that expect you to be perfect 24/7. just do the best you can.

I demand tshirts of Jeff with a halo above his head, an AP in one hand, and a glass of tears in the other. Someone make this happen.

You didn't receive yours with your AP purchase?

The news are not good at all!

I have asked all my neighbours, i have asked the post office, i have asked the firm that carries USPS parcels and nobody knows this tracking number.

And everybody here can verify on USPS website, even if the PDF has been removed:

tracking n°= CP653426595US

www.usps.com
On top of that i've made a request at USPS to show the truth in few days

The proofs have been faked!

I don't want to seem to be a thief or a liar, because i have proofs, that were removed...

Usps doesn't keep the tracking number forever after delivery.

The mods removed your 'proof' because you displayed Jeff's address for the public. Like i said in a previous post, just blank out jeff's information with a paint program and upload it back again.

completly agree with you!!!

Jeff has just find the best solution to reverse the situation, as i said before.

It is the biggest conspiracy i've ever seen.

Could we ask Luxluc if his parcel has been lost or theft too?

Fortunatly we are 2 persons in this situation. So we must be liars and thieves together, without knowing at each others
