But I have yet to order a Cobb AP from him because im not sure how easy it is to get ahold of him with no phone number.

on the other hand, he might not have the resources right now to have an extra phone line dedicated just to the tuning services. he prolly doesnt want a billion people calling his personal phone lines, which I understand.

Just picked up my package. It is indeed an AccessPort. I have to work until 7pm central when I'll be able to finally plug it in to my car.

For Thanksgiving I plan on piecing together the turbo kit to make sure nothing's missing from the GReddy kit I bought and hopefully soon it will all be in the car. Not that I'll be driving it with a turbo in until spring, but closing this chapter of the story will be most welcome.

Thanks again, Jeff.

Glad you were able to get your issue resolved...

However, I am still waiting to hear back from Jeff I still have no returned emails or refund for my injectors

I would like to think that Jeff would be pretty busy with plenty but is it really that bad??? I mean J. Cab, RWagz, and what, $2000 lol. Damn, I'm sure MM will find a way to satisfy his customers, well I atleast I'm hoping. He can't be that bad, right?? I mean he does do a lot. The situation is obviously way over my head but...... complaints (quite a few lately), well they come with the business??? lol

I think this ain't the right terminology : Bad guy - good guy.

I don't judge anyone which I don't know personally (and certainly not via internet). I don't say anything about Jeff as I don't know him. I only want to know what's going on with my order (GReddy turbo upgrade kit + AEM cold air intake).
I am pretty sure MM has a lot of work to do ... and certainly provides nice products ... but I just want to get my parts for which I ordered (and paid for). I even have no problem waiting ... if I could at least get a sign (or update) from my order.

I don't think its a bad thing when you state the situation on the forum. I actually do think you deserve some sort of "sign" lol. Since joining this forum things like this have seem to be a trend or something. Hopefully Mazda Maniac can address the problem privately or whatever he likes. I want to believe this will get resolved and there was just some misunderstanding

Another bump from me.

If I don't get any info on my order by mid January 2010, I will cancel my order and ask my money back.
