New Malaysia RX-8 thread.
Hey Goober8, somehow my with my CEL on, i could still drive the car like normal, accelerate till 187km/h and all. I'm suspecting it's the steering rack that's causing the CEL to come on. My car's with Ian, but seems like you brought it to C&C Mazda and they have the OBD reader huh? Which C&C workshop did you go to? Can you give me their number? If Ian can't fix it, i'll bring it to the C&C workshop...Thanks!

Hi Voyager. My CEL problem and yours may differ. Only benefit of going to them is they have the OBDII diagnostic and the workshop manual. Also the experience in repairing RX8's.
Heres all my photos, but too bad cannot post the video of the open ceremony of my car started.

Rotorazda, is that your new shop??
Bio-zeta website doesn't say much about how it clean up the carbon, it just say it will!!!! If it magnetifying air particule, then you will need big big set of magnet, but that doesn't guarantee no carbon will exist.

Hi Lennon, from your experience, does this really work? if it does, it will be great for all RX-8 owner as we can get rid of the carbon build up in our renesis and maintain a better fuel consumption. Mazda should then endorse the product too!
Rotorazda, I am not questioning the quality and peformance of your product but actually find it very interesting and I think as soon as it is proven, it will be the best news for our 8. ;-)

Does anyone else have any better information? This looks alot like hype marketing for "fuel savers" which have been proved in labs over and over not to work.
carbon built up is always an issue for our 8, is there any measurement device to actually test how much carbon built up in our 8? If there is no such device in the market, then there is basically no prove that any product will assist in removing the carbon built-up in our 8, unless they have proven statistic.
redlining.. ya. i heard it alot, but how much of carbon being removed by redlining our 8? how much and how fast the carbon built up? who can tell?
