my case is the stuff reach klia , the malaysia custom open the invoice see it first then stuff written " ditahan" then send us a letter ask them go kastam to declare the tax before collect the thing , then he will check the parts under what material and tax % , i hand gatal order from net and 1st time of it , who know pay more than normal retail shop and now i become "water fish" boy , are you sure the tax has been paid ? the kastam say , kalau nak ambil kena bayar la , tak mao letak sini , ask them negotiate also cant , i thought can negotiate

Wah if can I also want.
I think it's probably written in the FAQ in Japanparts site about tax that you have to be responsible for it.

Can nego. You can talk to them nicely and go either very early (when they just opened) or very late (when they are ready to go home ~ say around 4.30). Don't la go at 4.55pm coz that's just gonna **** them off

Bring up all sad stories la.. pretend that you are still a student, the parts you ordered are spare parts coz your bumper patah ka, lampu pecah ka, say you need it fast that's why you ordered on your own etc... Sure can kaw tim you don't even have to suap them kopi. At least that's what happened to me lah... The officer that attended to me was from Kedah so I joined in with the accent haha. And whaddaya know it worked
