the only exhaust u should get for ur rx8 should be the turbo xs full header back racing exhaust.. anything else. is just a waste of time

Back on topic, anyone get this running yet from last years big sale? Mine is still down after MM stole my $$ and gave me a **** tune.

 

i was actually going to write you again to ask how your kit was doing..one of my hold ups is that i dont have a shop anywhere near me that i feel confident taking my car to get it tuned..

I know that at least one person is looking to tune with the Adaptronic having given up on the AP. Will be interesting to see their results.

 

Hopefully they figure out how to do it without the AP :/

 

its not that it cant be tuned with AP wich is the way im tuneing mine. its just the maf pipe is a smaller diamiter and maxed out my maf.

 

when i order my kit soon im going to make a thread and inclue time of order, time of full payment. and keep track of everything. and keep it updated on the fourms so people will be able to see. the process and what happens.

 

My car is going to chips motorsports in the morning tomorrow. I got the Adaptronic Ecu from Elliot at Turblown. I should have some results at the end of next week as he is also going to install my gauges.

I have a 2006 rx8 6 port auto. Would I be able to install this or the HP kit on it and get a Cobb to get the rpm to 9000 like the manual. Also why would you Get this kit why not just go strait to the HP.
