Welcome to the site. As far as I know there is no longer a Vancouver RX8 club but just the BC rotary club. We have been trying to have a meet up and see if anyone is interested in starting something up.

Nope couldn't have been me cuz my ride is sleeping for the winter. But I think this weekend I'm gonna install my bhr coils and swap back the oem midpipe for aircare.

Hey I was just wondering if any of u know of a mechanic around this area that's good with the 8 and has decent rates.. I just noticed engine oil i think leaking from my 8 n don't wanna take it to dealership cuz i know they will rip me off

one of my buddies said theres a place in maple ridge somewhere around there that deals with rotaries and what not but cant remember the name ill find out for u and post it...is there anyone from langley? just saw a black rx8 r3 at the superstore here wondering if anyone is claiming it on here?

Thanx , I'm takin it in to dealership its the oil cooler line leaking they worked on it back in May for a recall they said they'll fix it if it is the same thing

ya no problem! Ya I'm due to take mine into the dealer myself for the first ever oil change of my rex barely got 2000kms on it haha want to change the oil out then do it every 5000km

haha good idea, yea they recommend doin it every 8000 but thats just retarded i think lol

ya i know eh that doesnt make sense at all especially when in our cars burn oil up so much...recommended oil changes should be at 5000kms at the most!

haha its all good brutha...same with mine haven't gave her a wash since I picked her up in oct....plus white gets dirty easily which sucks...but ya meet need to get set up asap!

The best days for me to meet would be Sunday Feb 27th or Sunday March 13th ... since those are the only two days I'm planning to get a day permit for driving to autocross.... any other day I'll probably show up in my daily driver

Better yet, you guys can join us for some cone smashing fun and then we could go for coffee and chat.
