You are welcome to join for watching and to get ride alongs to see how it feels. I'm always at the events and there are 2-3 other 8s that come out from time to time. We also organize track days at mission and rally events.
I am good with meeting anywhere from Pitt Meadows (where autocross is) to Vancouver ... Burnaby might be a good central location for most people. (Time: Anytime between 5PM & 10PM)

ya I'm down for tim hortons on kingsway...good idea metro town would be pretty hard to find parking thats for sure ill see you guys there at 6pm on sunday then...we should try and get some more people to show up hopefully the other rx8 owners in van read up on this meet..

hey guys just wondering if the meet still goin to be happening? I ask this because I live in Langley and today it dumped a **** load of snow here just wondering how the snow situation is in burnaby?

If anyone was lucky enough to see a white RX8 getting towed about an hour ago. That was mine!! So I won't be able to make it today.
Started up fine, throttle was a bit tentative and idle a bit low, but figured it might get better.... barely made it to work, could get zero power and my cat was GLOWING red. So I figure its clogged.

hey sorry guys couldn't make it something came up family stuff.....hopefully we get another one going with better weather out as well how was it? As I can see with nsidhu not too many people showed up which is unfortunate...

Haha Nsidhu and I chilled for a bit. We should do a cruise next time tho. Maybe once the weather starts warming up a little more. I wouldn't mind meeting up and then cruising all together to one of Bentiacs auto-x events. that would be pretty sick.

Sorry I couldn't make it yesterday. I had to drive to the autocross pad at 7am and the RX8 didn't make it out the parking ...we should check the forecast next time. At that time highways were not plowed yet and anything other than studded tires were not practical.
Even my daily driver, a fwd, got stuck, so I had to put on chains just to get to the event and the chains got wrapped around my drive shaft... then I ended up co-driving with someone else... lots of sideways fun. I will come out next time... (or meet you at the event).
