A guy I know of is selling a very rare Mazda RX-7.
It is one of 25 Mazda RX-7 SP's built by Mazda Australia. See the thread here:

Hey Timbo, I see Skyline has deleted his original for sale thread and started afresh.
Still too much scotch and not enough ice in that drink, methinks....
Hey, can't say we didn't try!! If you read this Skyline, all the best mate! Like I said last time, I hope you get your price.

Ah, 'mez....rotary owners are by definition, dreamers
If you want to see them at their best, just look at someone trying to sell a 20B Cosmo (cue: DMRH). I guess it's ok if you want to live the dream and have the money, but selling "the dream"...that's when reality needs to break.
Pete will sell that SP if, and only if, someone like Lindsay Fox decides he wants it

Maybe he read about the massive price that a certain XY GTHO recently fetched at auction and decided he'd have a lash at stirring up the market for collectable rotaries.
Or maybe he's just honouring a promise to wifey to put it up for sale, lol.
didnt even realise they had left? the loss of a post ***** aint so bad, but Kall has been on here for ages and has lotsa knowledge I know she helped me alot as lots of others would say too. Also enforcer i got this ticket you think you could take care of it for me?... joking i didnt have my plates on when the flash went off haha.

As RjT has pointed out, Kall has contributed a LOT to these forums and their members for a LONG time both on the forum and off. And while she may ***** it up, I say that for the most parts its also helped contribute to a better atmosphere. This is an Internet forum, there are no rules and no one person has the right to decide how things should be run.
In hind sight someone probably should have kindly asked Cromax and Missyk to tone down or take offline their ping pong conversations but most either ignored or abused them.
Are you serious! The only bickering and "infighting" was people who couldn't ignore posts they didnt like, agree with or have an interest in. Go back a few months and there was actually no arguing as such. Maybe a little excessive "msn style" communication but certainly no arguing. The only reason there is no arguing NOW is that she has decided she has better things to do (ie work) than come here and be abused.

She went off tap at one of Taka's posts and then started deleting her threads. Taka reposted her "I've got a new house" thread, and she deleted it again.
I got stuck into Cromax because he just posted **** for the sake of it. He added nothing but column inches. I don't see too many tears being shed over his departure.
Kall jumped of her own accord. She's got form for it. She's jumped from here to the .au forum and back before.
I think this is what people are referring to....

Thats exactly the issue. Owner of the forum doesnt give a flying **** and despite the fact he has claimed that he will receive "donations" in effort to fix glitches.. what a crock. People give "donations" and yet any evident changes are yet to be seen. Makes you wonder where that money really goes (being that I am an Accountant, I can only let my mind run really crazy right now and have lots of thoughts of what could be happening)
Yet you have passionate people like Andrew, Taka & co. who use their spare time to do things for others and what thanks do they get? I know I do heaps, and not once have I asked for a thankyou but instead I get a big fat **** You. It really makes me ******* wonder if being part of a club is worth it. I always assumed it was more then a club and more like a little group of close friends. But recently I seeing those people I thought were close are not the case.
You give give give and people take take take and never give you any appreciation. Yet certain people can be complete ********* and others praise them.
/end rant, I'm going back to work.
I can see why people held off...Human nature!!! It would have been like watching a good catfight on Springer and not wanting to turn the TV off until it imploded.
Whenever the conversation deteroriated to this point it was time for the Moderators and administrators to reserve their right and refuse a member access to the forum based on the rules and guidelines specific to the RX8Club User Agreement.
Putting those rules aside however, things have got to be put into context.
After the dust has settled, perhaps we could open up a 'Survivors thread"....a support forum for those who have been through crap, survived to tell the tale, apologise for any misgivings and then come back again...

^^^^None of that is abuse of her. I'm still waiting to see the posts showing someone's abuse of her.
The above is just MissyK going off tap at Choppy (the .au forum owner) and members of OzRenesis for some goddamn reason that only she knows about.

To everyone's defense... people start to derail when replying to the previous post and a chain of thoughts.
So I think Skyline's thread is ok...
But I am seriously irritated when someone talking about themselves and 2 of them start having secret conversations.... or comment about the other half. That should really keep in the PM. I actually thought what is the point of "you have got a PM" message, you are telling the world that you are talking privately to the guy, unless wanting him to put the matter in the private corner ("you come to the corner, I want to talk to you") that kind of gesture. I don't see the purpose, say in the sales forum. Anyway.
It is a public forum, and people have their views, and there will be difference in opinion. However, this remains a car forum. I hope it will continue to be educational as well as a social joint. (just more the former than it will be fine).
