Having someone tEll you one thing and then going back on it is my number one pet peeve. especially if that one thing is a major part of my life. I've been waiting patiently for to long now there just jerking me around!

 

Who did you talk to? the guy handling your car or a supervisor?
go up the chain if you need.

tell them that you were told the car would be ready and that is what you agreed on so you'll be by in 3 hours to pick it up and you expect the car to be done.

 

I'm extremely frustrated right now and all day I was so pumped up cuz I had something to look forward too that I have been for sometime now. I even brought my SS with me and everything. I've never been so pissed in my life! I'm so pissed my eye keeps twitching and it wont stop I'm hot and can't even breathe right. I CAN'T FUCKEN BELIEVE THIS!!!!!!!!

 

I'd go there and say GET MY ******* CAR DONE! Or I'm taking it as it is and someone else will finish it and they'll send you the bill! Ask them what the reason is behind the delay. I wouldn't stand for these shenanigans.

 

The Guy I talk to was the main boss he was the one that tod me my dad and my mom in person it will be ready for pick up Friday after lunch.

 

Shady: yeah you're right.. they use what they get sponsored with.. but when that Tire is repeatedly on "winning" cars... I mean.... it can factor in somehow. Racers/Trackers that are sponsored i doubt will spend or recieve a tire that is not going to get them where they want and ruin their track times or championshipos over getting free tires. But I do get what you were trying to say, and I am just explaining my side so that you dont think i am thinking of getting them because of SPONSORSHIPS...So far I have read up on them on multiple forums and they have been getting good feed back. The thing that I like about them the most is that they have REAL GOOD dry/wet traction...compared to the NT01's..... NT05 makes a Good Street Tire that can also be run on the track... y'nah wut I meen?

 

I know what size are they and how much cuz im strapped for cash till the end of the month.

Ryan, Falken 452 tires are really good, that's what I am running. But since your current tires are bald, I would get something used for now.

Damn dude... sometimes some of you are HELLA BROKE... what the **** do you guys do with all your money? Dont you guys know how to Save?> All the little meets that you guys attend regulary sure does break down your wallet...... cmon guys... How are you going to own an RX8 and be broke as ****? Thats why many younger people like some guy from Bakersfield lost his 8, or gave it up... because they realized they couldnt afford it.... its not that im broke zumn i make good amount of money. i just pay a **** load toward my car payments to pay it off early... i got a second job to pay for my gas lol.

 

Volcom... ohhhhh ... well dude... check out Vyndictives thread... he has a whole car he is parting out... Also theres is this website I found.. They buy crashed Rx's... its a group of guys who buy them crashed and then part them out... they have a website but i forggot the name of it....They just picked up a 06 Copper Shinka...complete part out but you have to call to get a quote on the part you need. They sell every little part of the car...They are located in Texas from what I remember.. You can possibly find them on ebay.. or the crashed shinka on ebay... thats how i found it.

 

Zumn I hope your car gets totalled before you get your turbo and its not salvageable.

 

I understand that you wnat to pay it off early.. But why? Are you planning to trade it in before it decreases anymore in value? Im just saying dont go broke over a car. A car will not feed you nor clothe you. Thats how many people lost their house and everything they had. They wanted to make double the house payment every month and then when they lost their job... and instead of saving money to have incase of emergencies... they lost their house. Had they not paid double every month, they would have had enough money saved up to keep the house and live comfortably until they found another job. Dont survive off nickels and dimes over a car. And Working two jobs just to afford a car will kill you. Ive done it... and it takes life away....
