Anyways Joey.. i was just ******* around.. I was laughing.. but not at you. I was laughing at the fact that they are ******* YoYo ing you. In reality the car is on "their time" they wont release it until its fully done because they know its an insurance job and have to return it to Stock form. Just chill... I know what you are feeling like.. I have wrecked my car twice. So trust me I know. And it hurts even more when it comes outta your own pocket ($3.5k)...And I didnt fix it over night either... It took me about 7 months to fix my car... piece by piece, paycheck by paycheck...

i dont plan on getting rid of the car unless i have to. i also dont want to pay all the wasted money in interest and i wanna get of out this contract as fast as possible. i took a 4 year plan into 3 maybe less. i just dont see the point of wasteing money on interest. i have abour 8k left on it. once i get it off ill be saving $500 a month.

It's funny how I still get calls and PM's on how to fix certain things on an 8.

I concur with Zumn's post

Reason: I'm going to go on a limb here and say Ryan lives w/his family members. He has the financial support of someone else. Though he may not rely on it, he may have it. I say to find the best result is to combine what zumn said to do and put away some 'rainy day money' and continue to pay his car off sooner. He may suffer now but the end result is what's most important. If his employment falls thru he'll have a safety net to stop the bleeding (so to speak) and it'll give him enough time to bounce back on his feet as long as he stays focused. And if his employment stays steady then he'll be a happy new owner WITH BETTER CREDIT and extra cash in his pocket from his safety net.

win-win

NIKK- have you been working out? (no homo) at the SBD meet you looked like you jumped on some weights...Compared to what I remember that you used to look all AZIAN and tiny at the Beach cruises....??? Its a serious question... Its all that MW2 working out your fore arms that you are getting bulkier or is it the fact that you just JACK OFF tooo damn much?

i understand what zumn is saying, but i don't have anything else to pay for really other than my car.
i have the financial stability of living at home so i don't have to spend money on anything else but my car. i make my monthly payments plus gas...unfortunately, i only make minimum wage (8/hr) so my paychecks don't get me very far...if i was making more than of course i'd be saving.

Also to add onto my point. If his car loan is on a simple interest loan structure, paying it in shorter increments (SP) w/larger amounts - more will be paid towards principle instead of interest. Which means he'll get the car sooner than if he paid on his regular schedule.

Trick to this tho is since he already started paying double a month - if he stops paying now - the amount that goes to interest will fluctuate against his favor.

Simple interest loans will make a break you. You gotta know how to play before you try and mess around.

Atilla: +1 I agree... When I first got my RX8 in 05 I also had the support/financial net of living with my family... but at the end of 07.. it was all up to me. No more family support/ safety net. And it got Hella Hard...for a minute I thought I was going to have to sell my 8 and take the loss....(was when i had crashed it) But yeah Ryan just be careful.

Ryan: On another note... You work at Hollister right? Well since you survived the winter and now its going to be summer time im sure there is going to be even more business at that place... so im guessing you have nothing to worry about. But then again you might have to end up banging that Ugly Manager you mentioned sometime ago. Take one fore the TEAM
