Mitsubishi Concept-RA
off-topic... but, i think that the Mitsubishi Concept-RA concept is way COOL as far as exteriors go:

there are many design elements that are reminiscent- if not directly lifted off the rx-8. dunno if mitsu is envisioning this as the next Eclipse or what not. but, if it weighs under 2,000 lbs, than its 200 HP + 310 ft lbs of torque would make it almost as agile as a Lotus Elise or a near match.
now if only mazda would do something like this w/ the kabura and toss a 3-rotor in there.

Question for the next meet Jan 26th
the meet at the church is for 11:00 am, our meet is typically at 9:00 am. What time are we actually meeting and if necessary what happens inbetween 9-11? (i was actually hoping to leave early that day, mid morning)

imo, the concept-ra looks light years better than the current or any past version of the evo and eclipse period. not even in the same ball park. (even the rear looks beautiful.)
the article said that that one is actually a 2.2L diesel engine, of all things. i was mostly commenting on how aesthetically pleasing the body styling is. i'm sure mitsu would work out all the engine-stuff before bringing it to market. but, if they did, that would be one hell-of-a head-turning car on the road.

Congrats on the new car Keith...how do you like the 3? A friend of mine really needs to lower her car payments and I'm thinking she should trade her car in and get a 3.
Sorry Erica about no more snowfl8k
Nice work on the calendar so far.
And I'm scared for tonight and I hoping my luck holds out with wind staying out my area......part of our retainer wall fell after the rains (about 60 feet worth) and about 5 posts of my fence are barly hanging in there. If we get wind tonight I don't think I'll have a fence in the morning.

You could take someone's word for it, or you can take a wheel/tire to the ups store by our house and get the exact price.
I had to ship golf clubs w/ a golf bag, and I just went in there to check the price before putting it on ebay.
That way you also get the price of the packing materials if needed.
They could also tell you the price over the phone if you know the dimensions/weight.

I sure hope it doesn't blow my fence down and cause and accident....
