wow I am sooo excited now :D .. I got my rx8 this year.. I live in the high desert but I feal as if I am the only one who has one up here .. Hmmm maybe a drive up my way huh. ..I am originaly from the carribbean.. that is if my SN did not sell me out.. :p ha ha...anyway is there like a list of phone number for all the RX's owners for these meeting? , instead of posting on here....{some of you maybe saying..Yea right}.. Thanks. I cant express how excited he is to come..I think he's sent me like 20 emails asking me "are you sure they will be cool with me coming..." type messages. I told him, just cover up you "H" tattoo and all should be fine... :D

I'm starting to get that excited feeling. I had to leave work early today...don't know why, but I guess it made me think that Saurday would somehow come faster. When I figure out how this logic works, I'll let you guys know...that way, you can do the same thing. :D

 

Come on out for the meet at least, and stick around for the cruise if you can. Its only once a month, and well worth the drive.

Yup, my girlfriend enjoys coming just as much as I do, I know she is anxiously waiting for the time I hand the keys over to her so she can race around. Don't know if I'me ready for that though .

 

we do have a list of everyone, some have phone #'s listed......show up to the meet so we can get to know you a little..........we dont like to just give out our #'s without knowing the person we are giving it to........ we are all very good people...easy to get along with!! we have a great time, it will be worth the drive to show up!! hope to see you tomarrow

 

girlfriends and wives (and husbands and boyfriends) tend to show up......they are more than welcome to be there.......we do this meet to meet the people who enjoy the same passion as we do.....its more about the people than the cars....(although having 13 rotarys lined up in a row is a pleasant site to see)

well...... riccio wrecked her rx8 ........... the damage isnt all that bad, her fender and bumper are junk...along w/ the windshield...... but its in surprisingly good shape for what happened......... im sure pics will be posted......... she lost control around a corner and the rest is history......... its wierd because we werent racing, or even driving super fast....it was just a freak accident!

Well, I'm back home, safe, sound and humble - thanks everyone for hanging in there till the tow truck arrived. Hope the rest of the drive was FUN and uneventful. KC - I think I have your encounter with the lawn chair beat!

The RX8 had an peaceful ride home on the flat bed - and out of respect to it's former beauty, is parked out front, UNDER a car cover.

Good thing I didn't book that trip to Hawaii last week - after it's fixed, I guess for awhile, I'll just buy a Don Ho CD - cuz that's where the vacation money will be going this year!

Really glad that the car wasn't damaged more. Will call Auto Werks on Monday and see when work can begin..........
