Spotted a Black 8 on Sahara today going West. And a Grey slammed front on Flamingo going West. I was driving Phil's 8.

psss you don't need to reply, in one statement you say there is a 8 in a pik a part then the next there are none in any yards currently ?!?! lol or will be any for "5" years wow cars don't get wrecked? folks aren't on an LS swap kick. And no one upgrades there strut brace resulting in the engine cover not fitting

You don't know what is everyones garage and are foolish if you think so. While it's probable that no one has an "extra" one laying around asking a question never hurts.

Frankly to say check CL and blah blah is simply insulting, I mean really? I don't know what moncie does but I source things for a liiving and am not some 17 year old fresh on the scene.

thanks so did I, as I posted in the previous qoute just threw it out there, I have one but it's cracked at worse could just eboxy it for now ... looks like some dumb as mechanic or their crony stepped on it when engine was diagnosed as bad and was out of the engine bay as there is no other damage under the hood ... they did a **** poor job putting the car back together ... nothing like fixing other folks crap lol

actually i said there are none in any of the self service yards, which includes pic-a-part. i mentioned one non self service yard next door has an 8 for chopping but since it's not a self service yard i don't know what is missing or what is there.

Hey Phil, you don't have an extra under tray or wheel liners you don't need by chance do you? I know Mazmart sell them as a set but I really don't want to drop $300.

 

They only "extra" undertray I have is cut out for added coolers. Ray has that as he is making a aluminum undertray for his 8. I will look to see if I still have some extra wheel liners.

 

if you still have the wings that come down from the frame rails the bottom half can be built with a flat sheet of aluminum with vents punched for bypass reliefs.

 

I don't mind the extra cooling vents (holes), I just car about a good under tray that would connect back to my bumper. Both front liners and the under tray have been torn to ****.

 

The undertray would not be good for you.....the hole is as big as the radiator.....

 

So I started this thread. And no comments in 3 days. Take a look and tell me what ya think.

Anyone know someone that needs a stock clutch or wants a lightweight flywheel w/ counterweight? Still trying to sell mine, both are brand new and never installed. imgur: the simple image sharer

Hey everybody, I haven't seen any posts here in a while so I just wanted to thank everybody that was able to come to What Happens in Vegas, it was an awesome event and as always, great to hang out with fellow rotary enthusiasts. Thanks to Atkins, BHR, Goodbox, among others that were able to come for the weekend, and for the out-of-towners that took time out of their schedules to join us. Can't wait for next year!

 

Still trying to sell my brand new never installed BHR flywheel w/ act cw03 counterweight, if anyone is interested please PM me and we can work out a fair price.

 

If someone in Vegas wants this BHR flywheel and counterweight I am willing to sell it for $450, that is $200 off the brand new price. This is a brand new item, never been installed or used. I really need to sell this.
