its automotive in nature, so I would need a garage space.

Sorry I should have started with that.
i'm open to the area, but I have a property in the Vegas/Henderson area, so that would be good place to start but really it all depends on the price.

Ps: I found a tire shop out here in CA, that would rent out space in their garage for about 300 a month but the city wants 7k for business license. Bastards!

I guess I just reminded myself to do some research regarding NV business licenses. Lol.

I'll talk to Kane about it. I blew up the input shaft in my tranny taking Kasumi to the track. I am strapped at the moment getting that fixed.
