Well, you guys keep in mind if you don't want to use Rotary Evolution, I have access to a race shop, and have permission to do pretty much anything i want. (barring something that will take a long time IN the shop, when he's busy). So if you need something done, let me know, I'll get a price quote for you. (My buddy does mostly mustangs, but also has the world's second fastest harley truck, haha, but he isn't NEW to rotaries, either, he sold me my first one many years ago).

 

If anyone wants to come by and BS, I will be in my garage from 10am until at least noon (maybe longer if anyone is there). I've a refer full of soda and beer so come on by.

 

As you may or may not be aware, Seven Stock 14 is in limbo right now. Mazda does not seem to be supporting the event.

There is a move afoot to still have a Seven Stock but we all need to support it. There are Tee shirts available from last year as well as license plate holders.

great. now i need a drivers side sun visor. anyone have one thats not broken i can buy?

mine snapped in half today due to the heat. GOD they are made so cheaply!

 

My passengers side broke the other day as well....blah this heat is killer. I found a DIY thread that goes over how to "fix" it so ill see how that goes before looking to replace.

Those things break all the time. You can find them on eBay sometimes pretty cheap. $40 off of eBay is a hell of a lot better than $130 from Mazda.

 

i'll try that as well before replacing. some pieces fell out when mine broke so it did more than just come apart at the seem.

are the series 2 visors any better or different?

 

Mike - I've had to fix my passenger one a few times, And right now it'll be hopefully the last. I know what i needed to do and didn't. You want to bring me the drivers side visor and I'll glue it up for you? (i have all the stuff i need at work, lol)

 

No they are not better. I had my drivers side sun visor replaced under warranty at 29k miles, it had cracked at the seam.

 

Hell I store mine inside and still have had to replace them.....If drifthappens knows how to fix them, it would save you some money.

 

Here's the deal with fixing, its probably temporary. I've fixed my passenger side a few times (trying to find a good glue, but i believe i have a good one now). So, if anything you can at least have it look like it works until you get a new one (and, i dont charge, so....there's nothing to lose, really, lol).

The biggest problem with mine is i removed the black piece and then lost it, so it doesnt "snap" back up properly. But i learned my lesson. lol

 

i want to upgrade my exhaust any suggestions?
