yea 12k sounds about right especially since a second party insurance is paying for it, so most likely the body shop will gouge and keep digging for more gold.

Are you guys planning on taking it to the dealerships? For some reason i'm not really that worried about it, but last time I took it to the dealership they said they won't be able to service my car b/c it's too low . But that was almaden, think I'd go to burlingame.

Well its presents a problem for them. Better them tell you that then mess up your bumper. And besides, I can't even get my toes under your bumper dude, lol. But yes, I plan on having it checked out, and see if they know what is causing my power loss problem as it happened again yesterday. I also want to get the newest flash. I'm hoping to get some of the power I lost when I got the shitty R flash.

Hey, whats up man, welcome to the club! Glad we got a new member and experienced rotary driver here. Umm, for the meets, keep track of this thread: https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...=1#post1516807 for meet info, i'm trying to schedule a gokarting meet in burlingame but with the current turnout, not sure if it should be worth it at the moment. But welcome and hope to meet you as well!

Any plans for modding the 8? What color and package you got? Alright man, take it easy!

Jon

I'd do it.

I have been thinking about that new higher hp 07 350z lately. Depending on how much its actually going to have, I may make the move. Just sucks that I have a final gear, flywheel and header just sitting around.

That is the only reason I have hesitated to get rid of it for the last year. Everytime I get a new mod, I'm happy, but it quicky goes away. I'm content, but not truly happy. We'll see how things go.

did a quick canyon run at calaveras earlier, made me appreciate the 8's capabilities once again. anyways, wierd thing, this is the first time after a run that my 8's steering is a little "loose", it feels different, can't put my thumb on it but its just a little looser, the responce is just wierd. can someone enlighten me with your wisdom on steering??
