^You could, but since the wheels have such an aggressive offset, you will need to roll your fenders. On a 9.5" wheel. 275's would be flush.

there is no way your gonna be able to run 275 without a good pull, and even then you'll still have problems.

So 245/45/18 front and how about 255/45/18 or 265 rear?

255 would be fine, but you have to get rolled.

getting your fenders rolled is not hard, just take time and be careful.

I have Esperil 1.2' on the front. Rear is stock. I wanted to lower it after installing the rims.

^I'd just put some 265's on there and do the work needed for them to fit. It will look more aggressive and have better overall grip for those mountain roads.

What should I use for tires?

A friend is giving me a pair of Nexen N3000 245/45/18 for $50 bux new. Can I use these? If so where front or rear and what should I get for the other 2?

Sorry to disappoint you those won't fit......wrong lug pattern, ours are 5 X 114.3...the rears are going to rub bad as well.......they are out about 1/2 " from what fits with a roll...unless you have really narrow tires like 245's or so

I have been trolling ebay and craigslist looking for decent cast-off snow tires for this winter (can't spend much), and found a decent set for cheap enough, 235/50/17. I have a set of 17x7.5 rims already, and i know those tires fit those rims, but looking at http://www.wheelsmaster.com interactive chart, it is showing 35mm closer to brake components and fills wheel well more, being 16mm closer to the fender. Will this still fit?

8 is completely stock still.

Im looking at 18x8.5 + 45 all the way around, also planning on dropping the car on the eibach pro kit which lowers front 1.2" and the rear .8" Will these wheels fit without rolling fenders? Will they look somewhat close to flush? Will i need spacers or will they stick out a bunch?

18x8.5 +25 should sit pretty well with a 235 and little camber.
