stock spring issue/?

stock spring issue/?
I had a Les Scwab tire Co. swap my RB springs back to the stock springs.
The front right side seems a tad higher. On closer inspection I can see that the lower end of the spring is about an inch away from the end of the base on the shock assembly. Would this cause it to sit a little higher ?
