because the shops install the springs while on the lift and tighten everything up while it's still IN THE AIR.

its because the springs aren't ever compressed as much as they should be after they're produced. so it pushes your car UP! haha

there's no rally car icon, best I could do on short notice! BUT...you see how the ride height goes UP if you don't preload????
