won't be able to get a hold of them for another two weeks, but it's pretty simple. break off the tab, then drill a hole on the back side of it towards the front. just big enough to fit a zip tie. then zip tie it to the bumper! i don't think there is a way to keep the side markers functional though. the light won't fit

The thing is that my wheels don't hit the tab, they literally hit the very back point of the lights.

Hummm... I see what you are saying.. I think there is a way to keep it functional.. May need to drill 2 holes for the zip tie to keep the hole for the light free.. Im just seeing this in my head right now.. Would need to look at it in real life.

I like this idea and all in all......

I could grind down the tip but that would make a hole in the lights causing condensation/water to enter...

Or this!!! if you have a set of side markers you don't care about. You can dremel out the back part of the reflector housing but keep the reflector part in place to make it look normal..

I have already cut most of the back out of my spare markers(I still have stock untouched markers) but its the lense that is hitting. Not the back.

oh all of you guys are lucky than. i think mine hit the lights hahah. but hmm. if you drill out two holes towards the front, you can use those holes to run a zip tie through, BUT that would still cause water to come in. i don't think there is a way to keep them in + functional if you're using a zip tie because holes must be drilled which means water. and water + light bulbs = no no

Finally fixed my wheel banging problem... Pulled the rear fenders a bit more and problem solved!

But my fronts still catch on something when going all the way left or right. Turns out it's the actual inner frame of the car lol

I guess nature will run its course and grind it down by itself.

I would recommend cutting or bending that. I think your tires will get ground out before your frame does.

Anyways, here's some pics of what I did. Got rid of all my scrubbing issues. Although I would suggest using something other than a steel mallet. So ghetto...

Also, I took a pic of my front markers to show where I dremeled, and where there is still rubbing.

Hope that helps.

Mine does that too. Its only really a pain when I'm backing into a parking spot. At full lock it will hit the frame and makes me stall the car cause it won't move lol. I've gotten use to it now but it was embarrassing at first.

@Zinitiate: My front wheels don't rub there, it's actually to the left of that in the wheel well.

I'll take a look at my sidemarkers over the next week, thanks for the pics!

As low as I can go and still hit the canyons hard Oh, and you will notice neither car has banged up bodywork or zip ties (except the ones holding on vacuum lines )
