Help! Wont start

I am new to posting on this forum, but I have been reading for sometime. I recently left for 6 days to do some training for work. When I returned the car would not "turn over". Allow me to explain further; the battery is not the problem I repeat not the problem. All in car functions have full power, windows, radio, lights. When I turn the key I can hear the starter turning the crank but it is almost like the spark never fires and she never turns over.

Currently, I have tried jumping it, several long cranks with no start. I thought it was the starter but my auto buddy is of the opinion it is either the spark plug(s) or a fuel related issue, flooding or something else.

Please let me know what you guys think and of course the easiest solution.

So - it DOES turn over, but it doesn't "start".

Use the de-flood procedure.

Thank you. I just was looking for a little reassurance, was pretty sure that was it.
