So this is what's been happening on Friday at the light on an off ramp my idle got real hard and my 8 stalled and wouldn't start. So the girlfriend and I pushed it to the nearest parking lot. I popped the hood and a peace of my aem cai was coming out of the rubber that holds it together I re installed the faulty peace and had to push start the car. Since its stalled once but I got it to start off of a push start. Starting the car seems to be taking longer than usual now. So yesterday morning I took apart the cai and found that both screens were twisted and mangled pretty good, i straitened them out as much as possible and reinstalled the intake. Starting still takes far to long I have to crank for nearly 10 seconds for it to catch. My 8 is an 05 6spd my only code is a p 420 on an aftermarket cat that I'm pretty sure gutted itself since its not glowing after long rides and my ignition is still good. Any help, info or feed back will be appreciated.
