Fuse cracked

Ok so I was going to wash my car and was cleaning under the hood. Blowing out some dust and under my fuse box when I see this busted fuse.

Will this do any harm? I'm going to look into replacing it.

I would replace it. Reason being is that it might corrode when it's exposed like that even though it's there's the fuse box cover over it.

Thats not a fuse... thats the headlight relay.
