Angry HELP!!Effect on Engine due to Gas Kit explosion

I recently bought a 2005 automatic RX-8, it somehow got heated and its head gasket blew. I Wanted to know what will be the effect of this on the engine due to that, as the engine has done only 10,000 miles? Also if I get the head gasket replaced, would it feel the same or not. Please help as I am in a fix!!!!!

What is a " gas kit"? If it's a Gasket.......which one is it..there are a lot on the engine.

Some would be a problem....and others would be an easy fix????

He posted twice and logged off. His gas kit must be running down the street or something. LOL

Um. Head gasket? Yea, rotary engines don't have head gaskets. They don't even have heads.

Hey Mods, how about killing one of the two threads started by this person? I think the boys have had enough fun.

your car doesn't have a head gasket, or a head, or valves, pistons, cams, or any of that kinda stuff, you need to do some research asap if you have a problem
