Washer Fluid Level - Add Sensor

I will be ordering the RRP combo washer and sohn tank and want to see if there is a way to wire in a level sensor for the washer fluid tank. I know canadian and European cars have this but I believe it's combined with the secondary pump for headlight washers.

Do the USDM cars have the light in the gauge? (Is there a way to test this without taking the cluster out - not that I can't I just don't want to if not needed)

Anyone on here from Canada that could take a photo of the wiring harness where this plugs in? Want to see if I can trace it.

Necessary? No. But this is the type of stuff I like to do with cars. Combine all the features from various markets and get the best of all worlds. Also I want a fluid sensor so I can eventually run W/M Injection some years down the road.

Wait, US cars don't have a level sensor? Weird.
I have a pic for other reasons so it's not super clear and I'm far from my car now, it's in storage, but FWIW...

There are 3 holes in the container, one of which I had to make myself (the sensor you're asking about). They all join into the harness along the sill on the left. The sensor seems to just be a 2-wire switch. I don't recall it being combined electronically with the headlight washer pump, they're just held in place together. Possible the US harness has the plug for it tucked away somewhere?

I wasn't able to find anything on the passenger side. There is this plug on the driver side but don't thinks related (not sure what it is!)

That plug you found looks like your brake fluid level sensor... you should probably have a light on for it not being connected?

Yeah that sill harness definitely looks different. Might need a wiring diagram to figure this out. I assume the Headlight Washer fuse location in your underwood fuse box is also vacant?

Thanks for that...only had this car a couple months (my other Ive had for 2 years) and drove it 2x. No light on the dash, but makes sense since I picked it up knowing it had a bad master cylinder. Getting replaced soon anyway!
