MI 6 Port Swap into an auto.

Okay so here's the deal. My wife has a 4 Port with the 6 Speed AUTO and I have a 6 Port Manual Parts Car.

My question is would the 6 Port match up to the Auto Trans and If so what all will I have to swap, IE Wiring, computer, header...?

Yes I know I could swap it with the 6 Speed Manual Trans which would be my option but this is not my car so please keep that in mind when making comments.

Its just that with a boost of almost 40 HP I wouldn't mind the trouble of pulling another motor.

Thanks in advance.

6speed auto is a 6 port motor. but regardless, the number of ports has no bearing on what will bolt to the backend.
