because it gets old really fast.

i could have done this very cheaply. i decided to upgrade a lot of stuff though which adds up. i have been planning this for 9-10 months now collecting parts.

really the basics that you need are the kit, make a custom intake, and use the Cobb AP to tune.

lol, not too much. just a couple scrapes. the mosquitoes were the worst part.

Patrick knew what he was doing a lot better than i. he also had a kickass impact gun for all the shitty bolts.

made some more progress today. finally got the rest of my intake parts today. thanks Charles R. Hill for hooking it up. also got some Greddy pulleys during the week.

progress made today:
intake mounted and finished
pulleys installed
bumper installed
tightened oil line fittings(hopefully this will stop the oil leaks)
charging battery right now
making a jumper for my boost gauge

hopefully tomorrow i should have it started up again and then i will flash a tune that Kane helped me out with. after that i think i can start driving it again.

Wow so someone finally did this with an automatic. You planning on upgrading the torque converter at some point too, or not going to boost too high?

Yea, the Maf harness was the one thing that came to mind that you could clean up easy. Mine was similar, so I cut, extended, and soldered mine to tucked below the stuff I had in that location.

sounds exactly what i want to do. bring it forward with the main harness around the front of the fuse box.
