That intercooler looks nice can't wait to see it mounted soon. Also what are the dimensions of your intercooler.

I blame the SoCal members for the current topic of discussion in the lounge.

on a serious note: this project is looking REALLY nice. Great job on that stuff, I really can't wait until this is all done.
I think Ngo might have some competition at SevenStock XIII

That's large? We just finished a 4" unit a couple minutes ago for another forum member

Turbo cars respond a lot better too bigger exhaust systems, especially rotaries. Turbos work on a pressure differential, less exhaust back pressure the better.

It will not only come into boost quicker, but make more power on the top end.

ahh - looked like 4" to me . Just can't see much need to go over 3" given that the rest of the exhaust will probably be 3" .
If this setup sees less than 300whp the large DP would be an overkill perhaps ?

The best exhaust for a turbo is no exhaust. You want the hot and expanding exhaust gases to exit as quickly as possible.
blah blah blah

Look what BHR Claus had for me! Shocking Goodness....MMMmmmm

What the Turbo system looks like outside of the car. minus intercooler

Rg1977's 4" DP turbo system. Check out that Inconel 600 heat shielding!
That's the way it should be done.

Coils installed.

And some wackyness from Ray. My Son was taking these pics. Pretty good for a 3 1/2 yr old.
