Great research.

There is a member here with one of the Turblown kits right in your neighborhood.

We have also ditched the walbro 255lph in favor of the aeromotive 340LPH pump with our kit, no extra charge...

The Walbro is good out to about 400 at the crank.
The other option might be the Deatschworks pump, which is essentially the same as the Aeromotive unit.

/\ good to know . That's about as much as I'll ever need .

BTW changing to the Walbro from stock netted 0.2 richer AFR . Way less than I was expecting .

Is g/s of flow a decent in indicator of crank HP? If not then what percentage of WHP are they using to determine crank HP?

/\ It should be pretty close - yes . But only if MAF scaling is spot on and there aren't other issues .

You shouldn't see any change (and .2 AFR is so insignificant that a change in baro or humidity would show more effect) from the "bigger" pump unless your OE pump was failing.

I didnt see any change with the Walbro. I just didnt have to worry about whether or not my pump was failing while I was pushing 14psi

Pretty sure it was the pump - before and after tests were very consistent .
I read somewhere where you had seen a whole point AFR change going from a bad pump to the Walbro .

We are still producing the kit. In the middle of another one for a forum member currently. I have preferred people to email/call us for the price. Our kits are only slightly more than everyone else, but there is a big difference in what you get. Just shoot me a PM here...
