Is the SSV or Secondary Shutter Valve Important for Forced Induction Setups?

The SSV opens via negative vacuum pressure. How does it remain open when under boost, which is positive pressure. For other vacuum reliant components such as brake booster, I understand because you only use the brake in no throttle operation when vacuum is present.

This is why they have an accumulator and a check valve ......

which is why leaks are bad in any of those components

there's also a separate vacuum tank for the fuel tank vapor integrity system

always start with the search engine, always ... then read, read, search, search, read, search, read, search ... you can be the most knowledgeable person on the subject if you care enough to make the effort
