sweet--cant wait to see. I will be showing my new exhaust system in 2-3 weeks. I think it will be worthwhile.
NYC PM me anytime. You are off to a good start.
Make sure you upgrade to the new bypass valve too. Not the old plastic one.

dont know the heat rating on it--it can get hotter than a gearbox. viscosity should be ok.

you slacker! Get some proper oil.
Have you gotten colder plugs yet?
Since your power level has gone up from what it was--it is even more important to get some.....slacker

Wether you have problems with the rossers is a topic in a different thread. You will need to follow a strict plan and changes to the pcm of the car and fine tune it to have it fun properly.

Even if you swap a motor you will need to fine tune it to run properly if you wanted more power without necessarily putting in the tuning effort then modifying is not your calling.

Also if you have money for a four rotor engine why are you asking these questions? Even the comments in YouTube's page state those engines cost around the price of some used rx8s

Looks like a cool SC kit. Good deal if it was sold for 1800. I keep wanting to throw up pics of what i got going but i keep deciding to hold off cause it keeps getting better. I put about 20 hours in over the last week, haven't seen anything like it, yet.

new owner of the 2nd supercharger that sold last month. I got kit from Geoff from Virginia, who got it from his friend who had blown an engine. When I first installed the kit, I had alot of vacuum leaks and used propane to sniff out leaks. One, I did not get the studs to bolt to the manifold, and I used regular flanged bolts, apparently studs and bolts have different clamping force. Two, I didn't notice a missing bolt behind the compressor that connects to the intake inlet. It was barely idling, 17.2:1 AFR, STFT maxed. Got parts from Cam Jr (pettit), and Geoff, resealed the compressor and finally got it idling, 14.7-14.8:1 AFR, LTFT +8%, STFT -1-2%. Shes looking ready for a tune from kane this week . For some reason, my stock strut bar hits the supercharger inlet pipe, maybe due to the filled urethane mounts which makes it sit higher. Anyone have this issue ? Thinking of getting he mazdaspeed one, looks to sit higher than stock but not sure.

impressive list of mods--wish I had that 4.77 diff under mine. Did you get rid of the choke point at the RB/midpipe connector?
welcome to the brotherhood--if we can be of help--just shout out.
Use race gas for tuning----- true.
Get colder plugs and WATCH the temps.

I sent this idle datalog to kane to get me a baseline. He didn't like my MAF g/s, he said there may still be a vacuum leak somewhere. I traced all the vacuum likes with propane and cleaned out the MAF, same results. What you guys think? my boost gauge reads around 15-17" at idle.
