Claims ain't facts until the dyno sheet appears.....

10lbs at any rpm, 7lbs at any rpm, whatever - post it or take the criticism.

Ok, once everything is ironed out with the injectors, bags of them that Cam showed me, who wants to put there car up for a nice dyno to state another fact?????? I have $10 on 335, 340WHP. TQ, thats to be seen, very curios myself.

.
You do not shift at peack hp ... unells you have mad torque... you have to look at what power you land in next gear, most of the time it is still lower then at redline.

But yes, you do not want to get too klose to blower limits.

Well, just a thought, I overspun my 1.4 blower buy alot, like 7k and more for a long time 10k with no ill effects on the blower but it was at low boost, from what I hear if you overspin at more boost you run the risk of raising output temps but since your well within the recomended max psi (30 psi I think) You might get away from that issue over spinning with meth keeping your air temps down. If you can get say 15 psi buy changing out your pullys, its still well with in the Blower perameters, any thoughts????

Today I finally got the time to take the car for a spin with the temporary fuel pressure gauge. I drove the car over 30 miles at various speeds, on the go acceleration and take off with just a ¼ of a tank in order to make it a worst-case scenario. My son monitored the gauge the whole time and kept giving me feedback while I monitored my AEM AF ratio gauge just to make sure I did not go lean. At the end the OEM fuel pump did its job. It maintained pressure no matter the conditions (except lateral acceleration).

After disconnecting the temporary fuel pressure gauge and filling the fuel tank at $1:85 a gallon for premium we then hit the road again for some EFIdude logs. The chart below shows fifth gear acceleration from 57 mph to 107 mph and with a final 11.3 psi boost.

My highest boost reading was 11.5 psi on forth gear and I still need to re-adjust the blower belt. Ambient temp was 75 degrees and the AIT was 78 degrees thanks to my 50/50 VP Racing M-5 mixture.

The car feels 100% better.

I’m going to dyno it within the next few weeks and see if the butt dyno matches the real dyno.

All my high readings are in a quick burst in 1st or second gear, as I do not have higher flow injectors yet. (I pray for my rotor seals)
The seat of the pants dyno tells me it feels strong.
I have seen 10 PSI on my boost gauge, but I do not have the time to examine it closely when the engine is screaming and the car is trying to go sideways.
I don't have traction control on my model car, or really any traction at all in low gears.

Yes. This is not with the standard pulley setup. It is with the 5" blower drive pulley. I was using it several months ago.

Juan, I noticed you have made a few posts in regards to your belt. I purchased a Goodyear Gatorback 5PK350, which is slightly longer than the belt we get from Pettit. It worked just fine, while producing the aforementioned boost numbers.

Yes, same here, I needed a 33.5 inch belt compared to the stock 32.5 inch.

It will be a while before I get to dyno, I still need the bigger injectors AND a set of Yukon ignition coils.
It really looks like Juan is the only one ready to dyno.

Yup, that's the one I'm currently running. I re-adjusted the belt this morning before heading to work. I was able to hit a solid 12 psi boost. I'm going to take a short video this evening on my way home and hope to have it on youtube after 10:30 tonight.

12 psi! Blimey!

Looking forward to the vids, and hopefully not as shaky as the ones we made, haha!
