For the home install----a complete vacuum line diagram of the new way to route and the sites to attach them would be extremely helpful. Like the wiring diagrams in detail.
questions:
1- (she is almost ready to crank) what is the hose that is attached to a 90degree fitting on the front part of the compressor, pointing toward the firewall for?
it has to be a breather tube for the compressor? What do I do with this hose?

-Run it back and up as high as you can get it, then to the T fitting on the oil fill (2- 5/8th and 1- 3/8th if I rember correctly on the hose sizes). Put a T on the 3/8 vent line then run another line as high as you can back to the post maf vent and pre throttlebody, If the hoses are not high enough they will back feed oil into your intake and blower when adding oil to the engine so keep that in mind. Also pulling your dipstick helps oil drain down faster.

2- do I need to attach a vacuum line to the by pass/regular ?

-Yes, the easiest way to do that is run a strait vac line to one of the nipples that are plugged on your lower intake. It gets the fastest boost/vac. reading. Run the other nipple to your map nipple on the interceptor, use zip ties to keep hoses from popping off of the lower intake nipples. Everything else should see only vac. so use the check valve and run it from the nipple next to the air temp sensor to your vac tank.

3- the vacuum line (male extension) off the bottom rearmost part of the manifold/cmpressor (cant really tell) it appears that a hose goes from there to the air intake before the TB?

Ill get back to you on that, theres 2 different settups for the flash or Interceptor.

Other than those few things---its been no problem.
I routed the a/w intercooler line (the LONG one to a 90 degree turn coming off the unit and down the side of the engine bay and then through and over the radiator and used another 90 degree fitting to attach to the cooler itself. So that part of the engine bay has been decluttered a little.
I know I know -----Pictures----soon as I have time guys---a lot is going on now along with the backyard install.

-Im not sure if its in the directions but unhook your upper shutter valve vac hose and plug it, put a cap on the actuator to keep it from fluttering and causing turbulance.

members of this family has been a BIG help to me and I really appreciate it. i was correct in anticipating good support from this family when I choose this purchase this kit. That being said I have "discovered" a couple of other deviations from the stock kit that I am doing. The logic is just too strong, not too.
Lets say this--- I am going to need bigger track tires.

Here go the pics of the A/I kit Since OD hasn't posted pics of his install.

Engine Bay

The pump fit perfectly behind the wind sheild washer tank which I am using as my Methanol/Water tank

That is the injector.

This is the controller in the glove box. If you look closely there is a green LED on the top left of the glove box. It lights up when the system is spraying.

BONUS!!!The Bday gift my wife gave me.

Methanol sounds pretty explosive to me. As a former US Army Bomb Disposal Technician, I got to get me one of this.

Nice

Damn OD, some fine tight work!
I presume that a strut bar mod is in the works as well? Good Job!
You fire it up yet? I can't remember what you were still working out...some vacuum lines or some other lines(if I recall).
