sorry if this is in the wrong post but what should a greddy td06 boost without a boost controller and all the fix's done? im getting a spike to about 8 or 9 then it drops to about 6/7 psi sound about rite?

my greddy did that too. it does it for quite a few people apparently. some don't notice it since they don't monitor carefully.

mine would spike to 9, so that became my low boost setting on the bc

when i got MM's turbo, that issue went away. So it's related to the turbo or wastegate actuator in some way.

I want to run my intake temp sensor post turbo and intercooler. I just haven't done it yet because Brettus won't freaking do the DIY writeup.... :D

But I also am thinking about getting a pre-post intercooler IAT sensor too - just for giggles.

So you have the actuator arm wound up as far as it will go ?
I never got that without a controller - where are you measuring the boost and at what rpm do you get the spike ?
Or does it just spike whenever you mash the throttle ?

Further to our discussion yesterday.
I'm pretty sure i have figured out how to get MAF of about 290-300g\s at 10 psi from 6700 most of the way to the redline with the UG Greddy ....

Once i get there i'll be off to the dyno to see how she looks .

Three things
*fit some blocking plates in the aux port runners and drill a hole in them tuned for the flow i want .
*then time the aux ports to open at about 7500rpm - just as the motor is starting to choke from insufficient flow .
*tune the boost controller to suit

If you don't think it will work - fit a boost gauge just after your turbo and compare it to the uim gauge under part throttle .

Dannobre, post some pics or email them to me, I am curious to see your ALKY injection setup.

Also, if there are any other Mazsport Customers out there that need assistance feel free to PM me any questions or concerns.
