Hey Bryan, did you see my post about the turbo making noises after a couple pulls on the dyno? It only seems to do it in low load situations, and at idle. It sounds like a chattering bird until it starts to spool. Seems to run ok, but the noise is pretty embarassing driving through a parking lot!! Is there something I should look for?

On my setup that got me a constant 7 psi - from memory . Why don't you climb under and have a look . If you cant see any thread on the arm - that is what he has done .
Would be worth doing to clarify what the deal is ....
Are you running on the greddy intercooler or something aftermarket? Some aftermarket boost controllers need a .060" restrictor pill between the boost source and the solenoid. This will keep you from out flowing your solenoid which is a common problem with controllers not doing the job. When you do that, reset the controller then turn it up.

My friend is having a hard time remembering the data I need from him so I'm not sure exactly what he and Steve Kan did to fix the actuator problem. I however just picked up his dyno sheet and I'm going to scan it after work. Higher middle 300rwhp on a mustang dyno if I remembered correctly.
Looks like it's in 5th gear, since there is no shifting and the gear ratio is constant, rpm v. speed should be linear. As soon as I drive home I can make a rough (very rough) estimate because I don't have the raw data.

turbo elantra... what fail sauce. and if he is boosting at full wot acceleration in those pics.... looks like he isnt putting down much horsepower.
