I just looked at an Emseril kit the other day, in person.... there was a Turbonetics emblem on the chra...BUT the T wasn't stamped out..but it was definitely their emblem..

And hamlin, you do realize you don't NEED water lines right?

I kno mazsport is dead. but i have the type 2 and am looking to see what the hell turbo this is. When they were still alive all i got was "t-4." So this is a mystic turbo that they bought a lot of off ebay.

No it is not. It is better than anything else being offered currently, it is not an ebay turbo.

You're starting to sound like a fanboy. Is your car at his shop or something? :P

If not, explain how the turbo is better than anything else, with information to back up the claim.

That's funny becasue Esmeril doesn't even claim Turbonetics to be their supplier- they say XS Power is.

If it wasn't.... then there was a very bizarre casting mark leaving a very strange "lighting bolt-ed" T on the chra....
