I wonder if the timing has a temperature modifyer that is advancing from your base tune and leaning the mixture? The same volume of fuel ignited earlier is going to read leaner - and some (like the PFC) EMS' retard hot intake air (like on a dyno) vs. cooler air from the street. Just thought that might help any???? I don't know the AP well enough.
