It's time for shadys turbo thread...
/\ yeah - but your turbo can only push x amount of air - nowhere near enough for porting to be a major factor .
might give you a few extra ponies from the improved efficiency - buy i think you will be disappointed if you are expecting an extra 22 on top of what a stock engine would do .

I could wrong about that but i do know that making FI power is really more about what the turbo can do and less about what the engine can .
anyway : I may have pissed on your cornflakes but at least I've not been eating asparagus .

The engine may be a bit more efficient in terms of engine VE and exhaust flow, but you wont gain 22 whp from it.
Shady : been doing some digging around and have come to the conclusion : stick with the 20g .
Seems the info I had on it (posted on this forum) was completely wrong and it should be well capable of making you 300whp+ .
My apologies for trying to wreck your cornflakes .

It appears that you have just dried out my corn flakes in an oven...
Even though they are still tainted with **** they are completely harmless and nutritious!
yeah - seems the info posted on a compressor comparison chart that has been floating about this forum for sometime was bogus . The true TD06 20g flow chart (along with the stock Greddy flow chart that was shown) are quite different .
Basically the 20G should flow damn near as much as the 57 trim I have at 2.0 PR .

i like more engine and less boost--especially with the compression we have.
But I dont like cornflakes either--but I do like homemade cinnamon rolls mmmmmmm
Since the rotary doesnt respond to ignition timing like recips I wonder if just pulling timing and richening the a/f is enough for this FI engine to be safe on pump gas, especially in the higher gears?

Let's see how she performs!
Guess I need to start looking at larger injectors again...
PM me if you need info on how to get the caps off .
IF you really want to safely tap that potential and make 300+ without spending more $ - read the section on boost control .

Just uncap two of the yellows you already have and throw them into the P2 position - job done . Cost $0

Just for fun
Here is a rough approximation of what various WHP levels will look like on your flow map .

You can see the advantage of Aux. ports closed at lower WHP levels .
