Two seals failed, its hard to tell which one was first...

Tomorrow I will be doing a cleaning of all parts and in the process will be figuring out what died. My best guess at this point is the chrome flake became so sever that it causes the seal to skip and eventually shatter which lead to the boom boom.

 

That sux shady. Damage looks like a horror show.

 

I think it was the 20psi of boost.
