You should just stop, collaborate, and listen.

So should i install a manual boost control valve?
Yes, you only need the mechanical portions of the kit.

You don't need a boost controller at all. But if you want one you can install manual or electronic....... you have ALOT of reading to do.

IMO you really should consider getting the kit installed, sorted and tuned first. Then once it's sorted consider adding a boost controller if you want to turn it up.

Also, after my time bomb of a motor blows up i want to do an REW swap and was wondering if whatever managment system i get would also work with the REW engine??
A full standalone was my though that way i'd be programming the whole thing which i could hopefully transfer over to the rew if the 6port to 4port didnt mess things up too much.

If you are considering an REW swap then just save your money for that project. Turbocharging a Renny is a stupid idea.

yeahhhh i know renisis are not good turbo'd but i have the kit and no one wants to buy it off me. so all i'm missing is an computer to tune it after i turbo it. i'm just wondering if the rx7 engine can be used with the same computer so i'd already have that out of the way. Could just work on that and then after i have it turbo'd im gonna buy my rew core.

Basically if i can kill two birds with one stone by getting an ECU that can work on both rx7 and rx8

You are missing way more than that. You don't have a clue what getting a Turbo RX-8 running properly takes let alone doing an REW swap.

Greddy sells most of them on their website. The few they don't sell you can generally look up by part number.
