no, nothing happened to the car, it is a motor swap, the rx8 was in perfect condition, the engine was taken out last week with all the parts completely stripped. The 2jz motor was shipped from japan, it had 2000 kilometer and it came out from a supra that was wrecked.
When's the last year they made the supra?
I really doubt a Supra motor with only 2k km on it has been sitting around that long, unless the seller was asking a VERY VERY VERY high premium for it.
With the amount of people that competitively drag supras and blow their motors, im sure one with 2k kms on it would have gone MANY years ago.

Wat the...... hey man, sorry if it offended you, but there was no more meanign to it besides wat you saw, its the 1st time i saw the supra motor outta the engine bay, i wanna see how small the renesis really is....

Funny, I would think that if you were going to put the car back together there would be no need to strip out all the things you have to put back. Also there is alot of sheet metal hammering in there for it to be perfect.
It just seems odd that you took all the piping ang wiring out. the oilcoolers off and all the suspension. Why would you take out the headlights? The AC, the controls and everything else.
Even good machanics can't get a car back together properly from where you are. I hate to think about beginers.

you better quailfy the race first... i had a guy challenge me to a race... it was me against a 350 z... i asked him three times if he wanted to race me againt the z. he said yes.... went home got my bike... it was an easy win...
